The class action alleges that the Defendants falsely, misleadingly or deceptively represented these Pet Food Products to be grain-free, meaning free of any ingredients made from wheat, rice, oats, corn, soy, barley, or any other cereal grain.
In truth, scientific testing has revealed that that the Pet Food Products actually do contain material amounts of grain contrary to their widespread representations.
