Regarding misconduct in exhaust gas measurement within final vehicle inspections in Japan

CONSUMER LAW GROUP is investigating a possible Canada-wide class action lawsuit against the car maker Nissan on behalf of owners and lessees of its 2011-2016 diesel vehicles.

The class action is based on Nissan's admission that it falsified data from emissions tests performed at its production facilities in Japan. It is still early to know for certain if these vehicles were also sold to the Canadian market.

The vehicles suspected to be involved are all of the following 2011-2016 diesel vehicles:

• Terrano
• X-Trail
• Sentra
• Maxima
• Patrol
• Pathfinder
• Caravan
• 720
• Navara
• Titan XD
