Settlement - OxyContin / OxyNEO Injury Compensation & Representation For Victims and Family Members

**Claims Process for Oxycontin and OxyNEO Class Action Settlement**

A Canada-wide $20 million class action settlement has been reached with Perdue Pharma, which has been approved by the Courts in Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and Saskatchewan.

The class action alleged that the manufacturers of OxyContin® and OxyNEO® misled the public about the potentially addictive nature of their products.

The amount that will be paid to eligible claimants will be unknown until after the end of the claims period. The claims deadline is June 27, 2024, so you will need to act fast.

We will also need to accumulate medical, pharmaceutical, and other documentation to maximize the potential success of your claim, which takes time to request and receive – so again, time is of the essence.
